Hmmm...I sure hope it's a regional thing...but...the video shows the guy finding Laetiporus Sulphureus (Sulphur Shelf or Chicken of the Woods) and quite rightly calls it a great edible mushroom. The then finds what really looks to be its cousin, Laetiporus Cincinnatus (another variety of the Chicken of the Woods) and calls it a Berkeley's Polypore?!

It sure as the world looks like a nice Chicken to me...

Those were my thoughts. You cannot believe everything that is recorded on video.
